EASE YOUR BODY TENSION

In your everyday work in the office, your muscles became stiff. The body pained especially sitting all day writing, head down focusing to what you were doing. When time passed away ready for you to take rest, the body ache.

This was the life of an office worker. It was a very tough workday you had. Too much workload and pressures made you exhausted in thinking how to complete your work. There was a time you had a mental block of not remembering anything.

There are some ways you can do to avoid being stressed:

In between working hours, stretch your muscles for a few minutes several time a day. It relieves stiffness and ease the pain in your back due to long period of time in sitting posture.

After lunch have a short nap to give rest for the mind. It is effective.

After office hours, give rest to your body. Sit and relax playing your favorite music. You will find it will lighten your feeling. Let your mind wander and rest your thought.

Don't bring your work at home. You need time for yourself. Work can wait for tomorrow. Don't bother with worries about your unfinished business. Rest to regain your loss  energy in preparation for another tough working day.

Bring with you a headset so that you can hear online music in your computer to lessen the effect of pressure and your stress from work.

During your rest day, Sunday, give time for you and your family to be on the beach. Spend time with them. Leave all your worries in the office. Concentrate your day to relax, enjoy and have peace of mind

When you go home after work, never mention to your wife about your tough day, instead sit in a quiet room to put workday experience behind you.

Look to the distance. Focus your mind far away and see the beauty around you. Slowly stretch your hand in a motion that is very relaxing. Hold your breath and deeply let the air pass to your nose and feel the soothing effect.

If you are under stress, drink more water. You will find that the stress feeling is disrupted by the cooling effect of the water.

Exercise your hand several times a day to relieve stiffness in writing and doing your job in the computer.

Massage the back of your neck for few minutes when you feel tired.

Do this and you feel relax and fresh again.
