HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE CONDITION

You worked in the company with hope of changing your life situation to be better. You worked more than the required man- hours for the company to notice you in your good performance, efficiency and dedication hoping for a reasonable raise. A little privilege you are expecting because you believed the company will listen to you in small way, but it was contrary to your expectation.

There were companies who don't give any raise in salary because they have no concern for their employees. They only interested of what you can offer to them in terms of higher production and efficiency.

Demonstrate your potentials and performance for the company to notice you because you have a good productivity in your work, you are efficient, you have the initiative and dedication. If the company can't notice even if your were already several years in your employment to them, then think twice.

Request for a transfer. The delay of your promotion maybe because in your department there was no available vacant position. Transferring to other bigger department may be your opportunity to fill any vacancy for  chance for a promotion. If they will refuse your request, then think twice.

Find another income you think appropriate to you as part of your part-time job. Be sure to make a point that what you want to do it will not in conflict with your job. You can do this during your rest day. There are many small business center needing part-time job in the evening based on a per-hour rate. If there's nothing you can think of, then think twice.

If all this expectation is not possible for you and you remain stagnant with no improvement in your life situation then it is now your time to make a decision to transfer to another company that has more opportunity and has a better salary and promotion based on your potential and experience.
