Odorous feet was due to bacterial onslaught. Cleanliness is the only precaution to avoid this embarrassing odor:

-Clean your feet several times a day. Wash it by using soap, warm water especially if you were sweating. Clean in between your toes. You can use soft brush to remove all the dirt that can aggravate the odor. After your washing, it should be dried. Wet foot can easily conquered by bacteria.

-Apply foot powder or cornstarch. Buy in the pharmacy the anti-fungal spray. There were some people used talcum powder, placed in between the toes to easily dry the sweating.

-Use a deodorant or anti- perspiration treatment to your feet. Use a maximum of 3 to 4 times a day, if it become a serious foot odor. Reduce your application if there were some improvement in your treatment.

-Most of the reason why sweating occurred was due to the kind of sock you were wearing in addition to the kind of shoes you were taking. It may cause to odor because it  developed into a wet foot where the bacteria will thrive and flourish. Use thus socks that are not thick. A thin one is better so that the air can pass through it immediately and dry the foot. Use cotton socks that are more absorbent. Avoid any synthetic socks that encourage perspiration.

-A very closed shoes also cause a sweaty foot. Use sandals or open-toed shoes as ventilation to dry your foot. Don't use rubber or plastic, because this was common to  people to have an odorous feet.

-Have an extra pair of socks you can use alternately daily to feel fresh.

-Before you go to bed, wash it thoroughly with alcohol. Let it dry, then use deodorant overnight. In the early morning, wash your feet and treat again when you wear your socks and shoes. Do this every night and everyday. The routine was time consuming but your effort is not wasted. It's just a matter of diligence otherwise your foot problem can never be cured. No one want to smell an odor from your shoes.

-Your feet has a sweat glands that respond to stress thus increasing bacterial production in the shoes. Make every effort to diligently clean your foot as often as needed.

Remember once you have odorous feet, it will remain forever because there were some abnormality in the sweat glands in your feet that manufactured sweats targeted by bacteria. Cleanliness is your only hope to stop this embarrassing odor.
